- This course presents a clinically focused review of neuroradiologic cases of particular relevance to chiropractic practice, emphasizing correlation between imaging findings, clinical presentation, and patient management. Participants will enhance their ability to recognize significant central and peripheral nervous system imaging features that
influence diagnosis, referral, and safe chiropractic decision-making.

- Hourly Breakdown:
- Hour 1 –The lecture reviews selected neuroradiologic cases commonly encountered or of high consequence in chiropractic settings, including degenerative, vascular, traumatic, inflammatory, and space-occupying conditions. Discussion focused on pattern recognition, red-flag imaging features, clinical correlation, and appropriate referral pathways, with emphasis on avoiding missed or delayed diagnoses.

- Identify neuroradiologic findings of clinical significance to chiropractic patient care.
- Correlate neuroradiologic imaging features with history and examination findings to guide management decisions.
- Determine appropriate referral, co-management, or modification of chiropractic care based on neuroradiologic finding.

Instructor: Stephen Veigh, DC, DO
Dr. Stephen Veigh is is a board-certified medical neuroradiologist having completed his neuroradiology fellowship at New York University. Prior to becoming a radiologist, Dr. Veigh achieved board certification in chiropractic orthopedic.
Moderator: James Demetrious, DC, DABCO
Dr. James Demetrious is a nationally distinguished, board-certified chiropractic orthopedist. He is a clinician, educator, author, and editor. Dr. Demetrious is the co-founder and CEO of PostGradDC. He is an independent member of the NCMIC Speakers’ Bureau and teaches post-graduate coursework throughout the United States. He has published peer-reviewed journal articles on advanced differential diagnosis. Dr. Demetrious provided chiropractic care to patients for 40 years.
