Course Description:
- This course is a recording of a live Zoom discussion about the indications, interpretation, and utility of spinal MRI in chiropractic practice.
Hourly Breakdown:
- Hour 1:
- A focused chiropractic discussion related to indications, interpretation, and clinical usefulness of spinal MRI studies in chiropractic practice. Emphasis will be placed on appropriateness criteria, evidence-based reasoning and practical utility.

- Attendees will gain the ability to overread spinal MRI studies.
- Attendees will be better equipped to make clinical recommendations from spinal MRI studies.
Instructor: James Demetrious, DC, DABCO
Dr. James Demetrious is a nationally distinguished, board certified chiropractic orthopedist. He is a clinician, educator, author, and editor. Dr. Demetrious is the co-founder and CEO of PostGradDC. He is a member of the NCMIC Speakers’ Bureau and teaches post-graduate coursework throughout the United States. He has published peer-reviewed journal papers related to advanced differential diagnosis. Dr. Demetrious has continually cared for patients since 1986.
